Background
I have a background in senior management and consulting, secondary teaching and related management roles. Since 2003 I have worked in private practice.
Current practice and areas of special interest
I am passionate about the transforming change and healing that Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) brings to relationships.
Feeling deeply connected to a partner brings joy and security; bringing confidence to other key relationships and life endeavours.
EFT offers a well-proven map to getting us all back on track from disconnection, distance, despair, entrenched patterns or injury. It will give you ways to hear, confide in and experience your partner with new depth and beauty.
The quest to understand and work with emotions to shape safe, fulfilling, balanced lives is central to every aspect of my practice and life.
I apply EFT principles and learnings to working with couples and individuals, leaders, managers and groups in businesses and the health sector.
It is a honour to join with people to discover how their relational lives can be optimised.

Hours of work:
7am- 8pm Monday to Thursday
7am-12noon most Fridays
Fees 2021 (including GST):
Couples therapy (1 hour session): $160
Extended Couples therapy (90 minute session): $240
Intensive Couples EFT programme, 6 hours in one week at reduced hourly rate. Please inquire.
Individual EFT 1 hour session: $140
